Free Animal Health Camp
Rotary Club of Bharatpur organized free animal health camp, an annual program of the Club, in collaboration with Agriculture and Forestry University, Rampur, Chitwan and International Veterinary Students’ Association, Chitwan Chapter on 23rd June 2022 at Dhurbachowk, Bharatpur Metropolitan City Ward No. 24, Chitwan.
President Rtn. Bhola Joshi along with representatives from other cooperating partners inaugurated the camp. According to the Program Coordinator and Club’s Service Projects Chair Rtn. Badrinath Pokharel, a total of 23 buffalos, 11 cows, 196 goats, 13 pigs,7 dogs and 3 cats were examined in the camp. Minor and necessary surgeries were also performed during the camp. Free medicines and counseling services were also provided to the farmers about proper care of their cattle.
