On the 5th March 2021, Rotary Club of Bharatpur organized the Club Officers Training Seminar (COTS) for the Rotary Club of Nepalgunj. We had Rtn. Major Donor Level 1 Prof. Dr. I.P. Dhakal (Past President), Rtn. Netra Pratap Sen (Past President), Rtn. Dr. Rebanta Kumar Bhattarai (President, 2020/21), Rtn. Purna Chandra Sapkota (Past President) and Rtn. Rajendra Kumar Piya (President Elect) as resource persons.
On the training, resource persons trained about the fundamental of Rotary, Club administration, Service Project, the rotary foundation, Public image and about the club meetings & its procedures. A session of about 5 hours was held in the by PowerPoint presentation. Dr. Dhakal given History, Club Administration, Membership and TRF, Dr. Bhattarai presented about My Rotary login procedure and Public Image, Rtn. Netra Sen talk about Service Project, Rtn Purna Chandra Sapkota Talk on Fellowship and Rtn. Rajendra Kr. Piya spoke on club dues.
Lokendra Chand (Secretary of RC Nepalgunj) gave the feedback on behalf of the participant that the training was really fruitful & motivating. They enjoyed every moment of it & thanked the resource persons for enlightening them. On behalf of the resource persons Rtn. Dr. IP Dhakal who is the New Club Advisor said that it was a privilege to have such wonderful & energetic trainee and will continue this type of training in future too.
