Mushroom Farming Training
From 8th to 14th March 2020, Rotary Club of Bharatpur, organized second phase Mushroom Training program and Inaugural Tuition program for Children at its RCC Charghare, Ichchhakamana-6, Chitwan. The program was presided over by President of Rotary Club of Bharatpur Rtn. Er. Suresh Bahadur Sen Thakuri. Program was attended by Ward no.6 Chairman Bhupendra Chepang as a Chief Guest and ward Member Ram Bahadur Gharti as a special guest. RCC Charghare President Dhan Bahadur Chepang and members, RCC Charghare Mahila Samuha President Buddhi Maya Chepang and Members, Past Presidents Rtn. Hari Prasad Subedi, PP Rtn. Dhan Bahadur Shrestha, Admin Chair Binod Khanda Timilsena, Service Project Chair Rishi Timilsina, Members Bishnu Regmi, Madhu Pokharel and Lomash Shrestha. The training was given by Trainer Rishi Adhikari a sr. trainer in agriculture field and helped by Bibek Regmi, a BSc Ag student from Polytechnic Bharatpur. More than 25 People from 20 households of the RCC took the training and made more than 150 bundles of base for mushroom Germination and Grow. 60 Hours of training, 56 Rotarian hours and Cost of Training is approximate Rs. 60,000/- Rupees sixty thousand. More than 500 kgs of Mushroom production is estimated from this project.
