It’s my great pleasure to have been the President of Rotary Club of Bharatpur. It is a very exciting time for me and I am extremely thankful to all of you for giving me this opportunity to serve you as the President for RY 2022-23. Rotary Club of Bharatpur is one of the leading clubs in this region having historic achievements and wonderful team.
I would like to congratulate and convey my best wishes to IPP Rtn. Rajendra Kumar Piya and his team for their successful tenure of RY 2021-22. It is a wonderful journey of life to learn each and every movement for leadership. We can serve the humanity by contributing our time, treasure and talent.
I joined Rotaract Club of Bharatpur as the Charter Professional Director on RY 2004-05. I performed different roles and taken various responsibilities in RAC Bharatpur and became the President of RAC Bharatpur for RY 2007-08. I was the last President of District 3290 from RAC Bharatpur. I joined Rotary Club of Bharatpur on RY 2011-12.
I learned that Rotary International is a humanitarian service organization which brings together business & professional leaders in order to provide community service, promote integrity and advance goodwill, peace & understanding in the world and am trying to learn more in Rotary. As a non political and non religion organization, Rotary connects more than 1.2 million members worldwide. I am ready to work with Rotaract, Interact, InnerWheel and RCC for the betterment of community service.
RI President for RY 2022-23 Rtn. Jennifer E. Jones’s Presidential theme is “Imagine Rotary”. It means you can imagine each and every angle of life. Think big, Do big and change life for the needy people. DG Rtn. Jitendra Bahadur Rajbhandary’s theme “Together for a better world”, if we Rotarian think together for a better world, we could be able to achieve the unachievable. Similarly, my Presidential theme “ENJOY” as we are doing our service projects pleasantly and with fellowship enjoying the moments.
I feel proud to be a Rotarian and now, a President. Let’s “IMAGINE ROTARY” by serving community “TOGETHER FOR A BETTER WORLD” with fellowship and “ENJOY”.
